Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please contact us immediately if you receive a custom order that does not meet your requirements.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
